How Chimp-sized Software Companies Can Survive Against Gorillas

Great read on software companies surviving against a giant. Relates nicely with a book I am currently reading called “The Five Dysfunctions Of A Team,” by former CEO of Sybase, Patrick Lencioni. It’s a very easy read, which usually says something about the ongoing intellectual stimulation of a book or the lack thereof. But this book actually has some clever insights that will be recognized as familiar by anyone who can separate themselves from and identify different personalities in their environment and manage to take advantage of it. My only problem with the book so far is the author’s seemingly constant use of the phrase “as if to say,” when referencing non-verbal communication in his narration. Coming from a person who has mad writing skillz (not really), I am incredibly repulsed by poor diction.
