Although they are accepting that IIT is better than MIT, Princeton etc but with a lot of Contempt. ” The hostel dorms look like prison cells.” Well!!!!

Slums exist all over India. It is what it is. I don’t think the piece was intended to present India in a negative light. The juxtaposition of the slums and manual forms of labor against the booming technology market in India is very real.
In regards to the “prison cell” comment, I think what they’re saying is that even under the constraints of the realities of the third-world, Indians are able to accel.
As IIT is a full of knowledge with a lot of exrta curicular things.After,IIT i will be the person to have a lot of spirit to face any type of problem with efficient silution.IIT gives us to adopt hard work,honesty and simplicity.
